Secure Donation Processing for AIF Trust
1. Introduction
Ye Razorpay Payment Policy AIF Trust (Al Islam Foundation) ke online donations ke liye tayar ki gayi hai. Hamari website par ki gayi har transaction Razorpay ke secure payment gateway ke zariye process hoti hai.
2. Secure Payment System
• Donations 100% encrypted channel par process hote hain.
• Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking Razorpay ke PCI-DSS compliant system ke zariye secure hote hain.
• AIF Trust kabhi bhi aapki financial details store nahi karta.
3. Refund Policy
Hum normally donations par refund issue nahi karte. Lekin galti se ki gayi payment, duplicate payment ya kisi technical error ki surat me donor 48 hours ke andar hamse contact kar sakta hai.

4. Payment Confirmation
Razorpay successful payment ke turant baad confirmation message aur transaction ID generate karta hai. Donor ko confirmation email/sms mil sakta hai.
5. Failed / Pending Transactions
Agar kisi wajah se payment failed ya pending dikhe, to donor apna bank statement check kare. Agar amount deduct ho gaya ho aur confirmation na mile to Razorpay 5-7 business days ke andar auto-refund kar deta hai.
6. Transparency
AIF Trust tamam donations ko welfare aur charity projects mein istemaal karne ka paband hai. Saari records maintain kiye jaate hain aur proper audit follow kiya jata hai.
